We are doing a special project for all of Nicole's fans who are of Asian descent (I know this may sound unfair, but please continue reading). We all know that being part Asian has been a big deal for Nicole growing up as she said she never looked like anyone around her. Whenever she goes to Asia, she says she can connect with the people on a new level because of a special connection she feels and because she "looks like everyone else" there. With Nicole re-launching her solo career, we wanted to put something special together for her to show our support and as a New Years gift. This will show her all the love her Asian fans have for her and the special connection we also hold with her.
Here are the guidelines: Please send:
1. Letter for Nicole (say whatever you want, wish her luck, express your love and support, etc.) LIMIT IS 1 PAGE.
2. One word that describes Nicole.
3. Something you want to say about how you identify with her due to her Asian decent. (This is the special feature of the project)
4. A high resolution picture of yourself or of yourself and Nicole if you have met her. (This will be for a mini collage).
5. Favorite PCD/Nicole song, Favorite Nicole picture, Favorite Nicole quote, Favorite Nicole moment. (For fun)
6. Please be sure to include: Name, Nationality, Location, Age (Just to show the diversity)

Hope For Haiti

Last night, hundreds of celebrities came together to put a telethon for Haiti. The stars answered phone calls and accepted donations to help those in Haiti who have been affected by the devastating disaster that hit the country recently. Hey guys! It's been a minute since I've updated on NSO, but I just wanted to share my experience at a taping of "The Sing-Off" where Nicole was a judge. Btw, for you Twitter addicts out there. I know Darzel has given her Twitter so here's mine if you'd like to follow: gladysb12
After hearing that Nicole was going to be a judge on Nick Lachey’s new acapella singing competition, my friend and I got tickets to go to the taping of the third episode of “The Sing-Off.” Check-in didn’t start until 5pm, but being super excited about the show we got to the studios at 3pm and just waited around. I’m not going to name any names for privacy issues, but someone from Nicole’s team contacted me and asked where we were going to be sitting during the show so Nicole could find me (I’ve met Nicole before so she is familiar with me and knows who I am). We were super lucky and were given seats right next to the judges, pretty much front row. After more waiting, the judges were introduced. Nicole came out and stopped right in front of where we were sitting and waved at the crowd, I was cheering for her and waved at her and she saw me and waved. As she was going to her seat, she looked at me again and waved some more. We were seated literally 5 feet away from Nicole during the whole taping which took about 5 hours. During the show, Nicole was super adorable and kept trying to interact with us in between filming. She asked how I was and said that I looked beautiful! Once in a while, she would look back at us and wink or smile and make cute faces. She even gave my friend and I hugs during one the breaks when she came back from backstage. So sweet! I asked her if we could talk after the show and she said, “Yes.” She was busy most of the time doing her judging duties, but never failed to have fun in between breaks – dancing with the music, laughing, and just being the goofy Nicole we all know. It was such a great experience being able to just be in her presence for such a long time and just see her do her work and share her expertise with the competing groups who are SO amazingly talented. I also got to talk to Jeff, Nicole’s manager, during one of the breaks and he told me that Nicole would come get us after the show. As the show wrapped up, it was nearly 11:30pm, security was escorting people out and they even tried to make us leave, but I told them we were waiting for Nicole. Nicole got up from her seat and was talking to a few people, but kept looking back at us to make sure we wouldn’t leave. Jeff even called her attention to us. Nicole walked over and told us to follow her. Some fans began mobbing her and were told to leave by security. We were again told to leave the studio, but Jeff made sure to tell them that my friend and I were with Nicole and could stay. Nicole walked us through the backstage area and we got to chat about how I was doing, how school was going, and other random things. I was honestly expecting to just be taken backstage to spend a few minutes with her, but we just kept walking. Nicole then took us outside and I was totally lost about what we were doing, but she was actually taking us to her trailer! She invited us in and so we each took a seat. It was SO surreal! Nicole went about doing her business, cleaning up her stuff, and said bye to Jeff and a few other people in her team who were calling it a night. We then just began talking. She asked us what we were doing for the holidays and we also talked about a bunch of random things like make-up, the last time we met, chocolate, USC, Twitter, her music, boys, and so much more. For all those wondering, she said she was in the studio making new music, but she really doesn’t know what she is doing next year. She doesn’t know if she is going solo or if she is still with the Dolls. It was such a laidback environment and we just hung out like we’ve known each other for years. Nicole then made sure that we got pictures so we took some pictures. My friend’s dream was to sing with Nicole so she asked her and Nicole being the amazing person that she is made it happen and even asked to get it filmed. I then gave her the different gifts and letters I had for her and she insisted in making a shout-out video for the fans. I then asked her to sign a picture of us the last time I met her and she told me a little story about that day. More hugs were given and it was time to go because her car was waiting outside. Overall, we probably spent a good 20-30 minutes in her trailer which is WAY more that I could ever imagine. We said our goodbyes, Nicole gave us more hugs, and blew us a kiss. Perfect way to end a long night of filming and everything was SO worth it. It was a night of laughter, silliness, and great conversation. I have give HUGE thanks to Nicole and her team for hooking it up and making my friend and I’s dreams come true once again. :D
I have to say, Nicole Scherzinger is the sweetest and most kind-hearted person I have ever met. She really cares for her fans. Don’t pay attention to what the haters say, they don’t know her, they’ve never met her or interacted with her, they hate because they are jealous. Unless you know her or have met her, don’t judge. Having spent all that time with Nicole, I was once again convinced why I’m such a huge fan and supporter of her. She continues to be my role model and inspiration and always will be.

Nicole has been cast as the third and final judge for NBC’s upcoming a cappella singing competition, The Sing-Off.
She will critique the eight singing groups alongside Ben Folds (Ben Folds Five) and Shawn Stockman (Boyz II Men). Hosted by Nick Lachey, The Sing-Off will feature the groups performing popular songs from various genres. No lip-synching or back-up band allowed!
The four-night contest event kicks off Monday, Dec. 14, at 8 p.m. with the battle continuing for a $100,000 prize and an Epic Records/Sony contract on Dec. 15 and Dec. 16. A live finale will air on Dec. 21.

The Pussycat Dolls will be making a stop in Honolulu, Hawaii as part of their Doll Domination World Tour. With the information given out at this point, it looks like a headliner as there is no mention of Britney Spears. It will take place at the Neil Blaisdell Arena on June 13. Tickets go on sale April 25. Click here for more info.

The new layout is finally up. The gallery is still offline, but should be up soon. Also, be sure and checkout the newly redesigned Video Archive. It should be a lot easier to get the videos updated now and you can search engine works really well.
Some of the big PCD news hitting the web concern songs they sang for movie or television purposes.
The Oscar-nominated independent film "Slumdog Millionaire" (which is a great movie, by the way!) features a song called "Jai Ho" at the very end. PCD recorded a remix to the song and are rumored to be filming a video for it very soon.
A new release to the box office, "Confessions of a Shopaholic," has a PCD track on its soundtrack called "Bad Girl." It was originally recorded by Rihanna, but PCD's version made it to the final cut.
Finally, fans of the MTV show "The City" get to hear a glimpse of the theme song called "Top Of The World" sang by our very own Dolls.
"Bad Girl", "Top Of The World", "Jai Ho" are all available on Itunes now so be sure to get your copy!
In tour news, there have a lot of new additions of the PCD online store, both the US and UK/Rest of the World stores, so head on over there to check it out. PCD's headlining tour in Europe is wrapping up and they will be touring the US with Britney Spears in a week and a half!

Just wanted to drop in quickly and let you guys know what's up with the lack of updates. Gladys and I have both been super busy. Also, I've been spending the past few weeks overhauling the video section. The new design should make it much easier to find what you're looking for. I had no idea that I had so many videos and I'm in the process of getting it up to date with videos that I'm missing. It's just about finished. I've also had a new layout made for the main site and the gallery. I'm working on coding the new layout right now and doing a major gallery update once that's done, we'll be back to normal.

Just gonna do a quick rundown of some news that's been happening these past few days...

I originally intended to update some old news from PCD's Australia visit and their events from the past few months, but I don't think it will really matter since I'm sure most of you are already up-to-date with all of that. I may upload some videos from past appearances that I haven't had the chance too as well as pictures. There is A LOT so we'll see how that works out. I know we haven't been updating as much as usual, but we are extremely busy with school and work so we apologize. I have tons of videos from PCD's promo tour in Australia, but I still need to convert and upload them. I also have hundreds of new pictures to add to the gallery. I honestly don't know when I will have the time to update everything so please just bear with us. In the mean time, PCD have added some more upcoming shows which are noted in the calendar. The event is the first in a series entitled Xbox Sounds, which will see music artists performing throughout the summer at iconic Australian locations exclusively for Xbox.

Hi beautiful people!!!
Wow, it just turned midnight here in California and I can't believe today is the big day!!! We have been going non-stop around the world gearing up for the launch of this album and now it's finally here!!! Doll Domination!!! And I've got to be up in less than 4 hrs to be on Ryan Seacrest radio with the girls, Ahhhh!!! And if ya wanna know how I feel...honestly as excited as I am, I'm just as nervous!!! It's like having a baby and releasing it out in the wild! But I'm also so thrilled to finally share the music, a new album and start another PCD chapter
I know I'm probably the worst about keeping in touch with you all via internet, but no lie, it's primarily because I'm usually always in the studio making sure we are making the best pcd music possible for you. xoxoxo
I also wanted to make sure and write a proper introduction to this album since the music comes from such a personal place and well ur hearing it for the first time with fresh ears!
When you listen to this album, I hope u feel the fun, swagger, laughter and tears, heart and soul and simply, the love that went into making it We wanted to take you to another level on this next chapter and are so excited for the opportunity for another chance at connecting with all of you again.
Music is so powerful and transforming and at times can even transport you. With songs like "I Hate This Part", "I'm Done" and "Hush Hush" I hope you can relate to the real emotion behind them. These songs have a special place in my heart..as I recall having to record them thru some very personal tuff times but they have made me all the stronger and will hopefully do the same for u! As for our fun booty shaking PCD fans out there, songs like "In Person" , "Taking Over The World", and "Bottle Pop" are gonna have u out on the floor shining brighter than ever! Also, I'm proud to have a few songs from my solo project make Doll Domination as well! "Happily Never After" and "Whos Gonna Love U" to bring in some added funk! Either way, there's something for everyone on this album!
Well...good fun and good times! Today is a blessed day and I'm just so grateful to be a part of this journey with all of u and the dolls...I hope you enjoy this album as much as I know I did making it

New Layout

The new layout is finally up. I've added a few minor things to make navigating and contacting me a bit easier so let me know if you find anything that doesn't work.
I know updates have been scarce lately, but we have been so busy! School has started and that is obviously my top priority right now, however I will try my best to update the important things going on in PCD Land when I do get some down time. Please bear with us!
With that said, I just want to quickly let you all know that PCD did not going empty handed at the VMAs tonight! Although, they lost 5 out of the 6 nominations this year, they did win Best Dancing In A Video for the second time. Congrats to the Dolls! They truly deserve it.
Sorry, I haven't updating much. I've been super busy with other things including the new layout which I hope to have up within the next few days.

It looks like PCD will be shooting a video for their next single soon. Keeping checking Interscope for video from the shoot.

PCD are set to premiere on a Bebo series called "The Secret World of Sam King" tomorrow, August 21. Be sure to check them out on their cameo appearancehere.
"The Secret World of Sam King" is Bebo's latest original series, and its first collaboration with a major music company, Universal Records UK. The interactive online drama follows Sam's life as a junior employee in the real-life workings of Universal Music's West London headquarters. Sam rallies the Bebo community to help him recruit new artists to start his own label from the mail room at Universal. The Jonas Brothers have already made an appearance on the show and other popular artists who will be featured include Sugababes, The Automatic, Sam Sparro and The Saturdays in addition to more surprise guest appearances.
Nicole and Ashley were recently interviewed and asked about PCD's new album among other things. Ashley also reveals a little extra bonus the fans will get along with the album. Read the articles and find out what it is!

PCD are set to travel to Australia on October 11 for some promotional appearances. All you Aussie fans, get ready!
According to Rap-Up.com, Doll Domination's release has been delayed by one week. It was originally scheduled to hit stores September 16 in the US, but is now slated for a September 23 release. It is still unknown if this delay will only affect the US or all countries. Stay tuned for more info.

Hey everyone its your girl Nicole.....
We are in London at the moment doing press and promotion for the upcoming Launch of Doll Domination out Sept 16th and it is so exciting to be back! We hope you love our new single "When I Grow Up" and the video as well.
Tomorrow we head to Malaga to rock Spain with MTV, then on to Ibiza for some more fun in the sun, and our very own private party that we are doing with BWIN. We've never been to Spain or Ibiza yet and are super stoked! Come along with us and look out for some up to date pictures and behind the scenes from this trip and more. We are taking you on all our journeys:)
So I've been MIA for the past week, but I'm back now and time for some updates! Let's start with upcoming appearances. PCD will be performing on the Today show on August 29. Also, congratulations are in order as WIGU has been nominated in the 2008 MTV VMAs for Best Dancing In A Video! Don't forget that PCD are also part of the Fashion Rocks 2008 line-up of performers on September 9.

Kim, Nicole, and Robin recently held auditions at Millennium Dance Complex for dancers for the new West Hollywood PCD Lounge which has been confirmed to open on August 28th.
Also, Nicole announced that the PCD World Tour launches in January 2009. "Doll Domination" releases worldwide on September 15 and in the US on September 16. Check out the videos below:

New PCD Lounge in West Hollywood

It's true! The Pussycat Dolls brand just keeps on expanding. By this August, another PCD Lounge branch will be opened on Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood. It will be build in the Pearl Restaurant's old space and the lounge will be neighbored by the new Apple Restaurant. According to Eater LA, the restaurant and lounge is set to open in early August.

'Nashville Star' Appearance Update

We previously mentioned that PCD would be performing on NBC's Nashville Star on Monday, June 23 for Pop Week, however, according to NBC.com, Danity Kane is actually performing. No info has been given as to why PCD have been replaced, but if we get any news, we'll let you all know.
I'd keep an eye out on Monday and tune into Nashville Star, just in case.

A poster on ONTD mentioned that the Dolls will be appearing for "Pop Week" on Nashville Star on Monday. I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else, but I'd look out for it anyway, just in case.
Other than that, the Dolls have been kind of quiet this week so there's no other news to report. "When I Grow Up" is doing amazing on the Hot 100. It just jumped from #31 to #18 so congrats to the Dolls on another successful single. Keep requesting the song and video!

It's been confirmed by Interscope that PCD's sophomore album, Doll Domination, will be released on September 16th! Be sure to pick up a copy or two or three when it hits stores!
Santa Monica, CA) – Grammy-nominated pop superstars The Pussycat Dolls are giving the world fair warning…it's time for global domination. On September 16, 2008, Nicole, Ashley, Jessica, Melody and Kimberly will release their sophomore album, Doll Domination, the follow-up to PCD, the international smash album that announced their arrival.
The Pussycat Dolls exploded on the pop music scene in the summer of 2005 with their worldwide 1 hit "Don't Cha." Their debut album, PCD, has sold over 7 million copies internationally on the strength of hit singles like "Buttons," "Stickwitu" and "Beep." They've toured the globe as a headline act and with the likes of The Black Eyed Peas and Christina Aguilera, and picked up a slew of awards along the way.
Now it's time for Chapter 2…
On Doll Domination (executive produced by Jimmy Iovine, Ron Fair, and D.J. According to Universal Music Canada, PCD's new single, "When I Grow Up", from their upcoming sophomore album will be released as a digital singleSunday, June 1st. Ringtones will be available Tuesday, May 20th.

The Pussycat Dolls are authorities on what’s hot, or so it would seem as they’ve been tapped to host the VH1 special Maxim Hot 100, premiering Tuesday, May 27 at 9/8c. The one-hour one-off will count down the ladies on this year’s Maxim Hot 100 list. Tila Tequila, Natasha Bedingfield, Kat Von D, Ashanti, Taryn Manning, Ashley Tisdale, Molly Sims and Danneel Harris are just a few of the names to have made the list — tune in to find whose hotness is where.

The film marked Ms. Inosanto’s directorial debut and was one of a remarkably large representation of cinematic works by Filipino and Filipino American filmmakers including an amazing nine World Class feature films in: FOSTER CHILD and TIRADOR (Brillante Mendoza), SANTA MESA (Ron Morales), PISAY[PHILIPPINE SCIENCE] (Auraeus Solito), NEO LOUNGE (Joanna Vasquez-Arong),TRIBU (Jim Libiran), BLOOD BROTHERS (Alexi Tan, produced by John Woo) and John Torres’ magnum opus, YEARS WHEN I WAS A CHILD OUTSIDE which featured a live accompanying musical score.
Inosanto, one of Hollywood’s top stuntwomen and a practicing Martial Artist, is the daughter of renown Filipino Martial Artist/actor, Danny Inosanto and the Goddaughter of her father’s best friend, the late Bruce Lee. Among her sold out screening guests included Entourage’s Rex Lee, actors Dustin Nguyen and Costas Mandylor and MMA legend, Bas Rutten.
The 24th Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival presented by Honda was produced by Visual Communications, the nation’s premier Asian American media arts resource and was supported by a host of community organizations including FilAm ARTS and SIPA.

After crafting hits for the likes of Omarion ("Ice Box"), Britney Spears ("Radar"), Jennifer Lopez ("Brave") and Ciara ("Like a Boy"), songwriting/production team The Clutch – consisting of members Candice Nelson, Keri Hilson, Balewa Muhammad, Ezekiel Lewis & Patrick "J.Que" Smith – have been snagged for the Pussycat Dolls forthcoming album, which is penciled in for a release later this year via A&M/Interscope Records.
